Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ParkingPack website and services, including creating a pack, uploading evidence, and making a payment.

Last updated: 8 July 2026

1. Who we are

ParkingPack is provided by ParkingPack Ltd.

Registered office: 1-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Company number: 17328113. Incorporated on 8 July 2026.

2. These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ParkingPack website and services. By using ParkingPack, creating a pack, uploading evidence, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

3. What ParkingPack does

ParkingPack helps users create a UK parking charge appeal pack. The service may generate case summaries, responses to charges, draft appeal letters, evidence indexes, private preparation notes, downloadable PDFs, and related guidance.

The service is designed to help you organise and draft materials. It does not replace your own judgement, legal advice, or official guidance from a parking operator, appeals service, or regulator.

4. Not legal advice

ParkingPack is not a law firm, solicitor, barrister, claims management company, or regulated legal advice provider. Generated content is for general information and drafting assistance only.

You are responsible for checking whether the generated pack is accurate, complete, appropriate for your situation, and suitable before sending it to a parking operator, appeals service, court, tribunal, adviser, or any other person.

We do not guarantee that using ParkingPack will result in a successful parking charge appeal, cancellation, refund, settlement, or any particular outcome.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

  • the information you provide will be accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you will not upload fake, misleading, unlawful, or irrelevant evidence;
  • you will review and edit any generated content before using it;
  • you will not present AI-generated text as legal advice from ParkingPack;
  • you will not use the service to harass, threaten, defame, or mislead anyone;
  • you will comply with applicable laws and appeal deadlines;
  • you will not attempt to interfere with or misuse the website; and
  • you will not upload malware, harmful files, or content you do not have a right to use.

6. Uploaded content and evidence

You keep ownership of the content and files you upload.

By uploading content, you give us permission to host, process, analyse, transform, and use that content to provide the service, generate your pack, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and use the evidence you provide, including where files contain personal data about other people.

7. AI-generated output

ParkingPack may use AI to produce draft content. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, too strong, too weak, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must read the output carefully before relying on it. You are responsible for the final version you choose to send or use.

8. Payments

Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorise the charge shown at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

9. Digital content and delivery

ParkingPack provides digital content. Your pack is usually generated and delivered online shortly after you submit the required information and complete payment. Delivery times may vary depending on file size, system availability, payment checks, and AI provider availability.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Refund and cancellation rights are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because ParkingPack creates personalised digital content, you may lose your right to cancel once generation starts, if you have expressly agreed to immediate generation and acknowledged that you may lose your cancellation right. This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.

11. Accounts

If we offer accounts, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend or close accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, breach of these Terms, or a security risk.

12. Service availability

We aim to keep ParkingPack available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

13. Intellectual property

We own or license the ParkingPack website, branding, software, templates, designs, workflows, and other service materials. Subject to these Terms, you may use your generated pack for your own personal parking charge appeal.

14. Third-party services

ParkingPack may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment processors, AI providers, analytics tools, email providers, and storage providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by inaccurate information you provide, your decision to rely on generated content, the outcome of any parking charge appeal, indirect or consequential loss, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant ParkingPack order, unless the law requires otherwise.

16. Ending or suspending access

We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the service if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, create legal risk, fail payment checks, or threaten the security or integrity of the service.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. If changes are material, we may notify users where appropriate.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another law applies because of where you live. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
