Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellation work for ParkingPack personalised digital content.

ParkingPack provides personalised digital content. When you use the service, we generate a digital appeal pack based on the information and evidence you provide.
2. Before generation starts
If you have paid but your pack has not yet started generating, you may ask to cancel by contacting [email protected] as soon as possible. If cancellation is still possible, we will refund your payment using the original payment method.
3. Immediate digital delivery
At checkout, we may ask you to confirm that:
- you want us to start generating your digital pack immediately; and
- you understand that once the digital content is supplied, you may lose your right to cancel.
If you give this consent and your pack is generated or supplied, you may no longer have the usual 14-day cancellation right for that order.
4. When we may offer a refund
We may offer a refund where:
- you were charged but no pack was generated;
- you paid twice by mistake;
- a technical issue prevented delivery and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
- the generated file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement;
- the product was materially not as described; or
- we are required to do so by law.
5. When we usually do not offer a refund
We usually do not offer a refund where:
- your pack has already been generated and supplied;
- you changed your mind after receiving the pack;
- you entered incorrect or incomplete information;
- you uploaded poor-quality, irrelevant, or insufficient evidence;
- you disagree with the tone, wording, or strength of the draft but the service was supplied;
- your parking operator, appeals service, court, or adviser disagrees with the pack;
- your parking charge appeal is unsuccessful; or
- you expected legal advice, legal representation, or a guaranteed outcome.
6. Faulty digital content
Your statutory rights are not affected. If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances.
If there is a problem, contact us at [email protected] with the email address used for the order, the order ID if available, a description of the issue, and screenshots or files showing the issue where helpful.
7. Refund times
Approved refunds will usually be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take longer.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first if something has gone wrong. If you raise a chargeback, we may provide relevant order, delivery, and support records to the payment provider to respond to the chargeback.
