Log a ticket

Tell us what you need help with and we will come back to you. We aim to respond within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm UK time.

Our usual support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm UK time, excluding public holidays. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

What to include

To help us deal with your request quickly, please include:

  • the email address you used for your order or case;
  • your Pack ID, if you have one;
  • a short explanation of the issue;
  • screenshots or files if they help explain the problem.

Refund requests

Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Choose "Refund request" when logging your ticket.

Data requests

Requests to access, correct, or delete personal data are handled under our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy. Choose "Data access or deletion" when logging your ticket.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with the service, log a support ticket above and we will try to resolve the issue.
