NCP runs pay-and-display, pay-on-foot and ANPR car parks across hospitals, railway stations, airports and city centres. Charges often fail because payment was made at a different machine, the wrong registration was entered, or a pre-booked session did not match actual stay time — not because you never paid at all.

- Pre-booked slot did not align with train delay or appointment overrun — timeline with proof
- Paid maximum daily rate but charged again for same calendar day
- Signs at hospital entrances contradicted the tariff on the machine you used
- Barrier or machine failure prevented valid payment on exit

Is an NCP charge a council PCN?
Usually not. NCP operates private land charges even at hospitals and stations. Council PCNs come from local authorities or police — different appeal routes.
Can I appeal if I lost the machine ticket?
Yes, if you have card payment proof, app history or bank notification with time and amount. Explain the ticket was not retained and attach alternative proof.
